I will just play things by ear. I like money but there are some things in life that are more important, like family. They realize though that I have to work. I will find a balance once I get started.

Good to hear your considering training. I know you will be good at it.

I agree with your comment 100%, you gotta find that happy medium! As far as a trainer is concerned, Millis should start with a dress code! I've never seen so many drivers with sweat pants or pajama pants, well maybe at walmart. Lets clean up our act Millis drivers...####!

 

I wouldn't be in favor of a dress code, but I've got to agree with the sweat pants and Pj's remark....... I mean, come on guys

 

Millis may not have a strict one but since I go in breweries on a daily basis they have one. Millier requires long pants, closed toe shoes and no sleeveless shirts (muscle shirts, tank tops etc). I wear jeans, boots and a company shirt most of the time.

 

Sure, I'm not talking uniforms but at least represent yourself as well as your company. Just talking out loud here....lol

 

on the yard, heading to the shower, is one thing but my pet peeve is seeing guys walk into shippers and such wearing flip flops.

 

So I guess driving naked is out?!
