If you are involved in an accident, and they subpoena your phone records, and you are talking on a legal handsfree device, good luck. All your phone records will say is your phone was in use. Good luck proving to lawyers, judges, and juries you where technically legal. On another note, why aren't Eaton Vorad and VEC radar systems beeping every few seconds at road signs, bridges, and cars 12 seconds ahead of you a distraction. And "lane departure warning systems" too. Insurance companies and company executives love them things. All of them, at 62mph are bad, but if they ever try putting a camera in my truck, my stuff will be out of it before it makes it into the shop for the installation.

alot of comapnies say you can use bluetooth or handsfree. I work for a company that dont want yuo on the phone at all. I understand the policy of no phone while driving, some drivers cant talk and drive.
-
qualcoms are blocked when driving mostly. why dont they ban cb's too. -
What about employee's in their cars? Many states ban texting while in your personal POV. Does Walmart ask them to provide phone records.
MarkDuck Man Thanks this. -
They will eventually ban CB use too. Since they aren't really getting an uproar over this, a full phone ban will likely be only a year or 2 away. CB's, gps, and the stereo being banned are already being discussed in some govt office somewhere, I'd be willing to bet.

This subject pisses me off.

Well, with a user name of "rage 18", I'd bet a lot of stuff p*sses you off....just kidding. I agree with you. The govt is getting out of hand, and any subject about something they did tends to annoy me.

That's the funniest thing I've heard in a long time junior...if we ever met face to face you would need a diaper change.
Bottom line, their truck, their way. Don't like it buy your own truck and make sure your wife knows every move you make, pansy.

Schneider has a "no phone" policy. No Bluetooth or anything. Get caught and you're out no ifs ands or buts. Was the biggest BS I ever "agreed to"
