Like i posted on facebook today there are times when idiots need a good cussing and straightning out and im just the man to do it.

 

i dont drive for central anymore but im pretty sure he is as well and its very true what you say about trainers. my trainer wasnt very good and didnt give a crap about me or training me just want the miles to pay his child support. Thanks for all the advice you have given me

 

time to get back on the horse wheather its with central or another training co like stephns, swift, schnieder, maverick or tmc flatbed. dont let a crappy trainer dictate what you do. theres plenty of opprutunites for those who want to learn the business and plenty of good trainers.

 

There are crappy trainers everywhere. I sure had one and learned most everything (which aint much), after the fact. Remember writing my very 1st commcheck by having to pull the policy manual out and follow it step by step.

Biggest thing I had going for me, was not being afraid to go up to someone, explain that I was a new driver, and would they mind helping me. Had several that told me to take a hike but, oh my.... there are a bunch of experienced drivers out there, that are tickled to help. Be prepared to listen to some stories (tall tales?) tho. lol

 

Think the reason everyone Newked the trainer guy is he came on the Central thread and when a driver who started the thread had been fired and told him that he should have gotten out and looked the ole GOAL and right then the guy was feeling like crap he had just been fired and really didn't need to be told what he should have done!!!

To me he sounds like a full of himself BOZO!
