Do they run straight trucks or just tractor trailers? Pardon me if I missed it please, but fifty some odd pages is a bit much for me to sort through even here :">

    Thanks

Today finished app and interviews, and piss test. Everybody is pretty nice around here did'nt see any sour faced grumpy truck drivers. I did'nt meet Paul yet, did'nt want to wake him. I am in the same motel. Not 5 star but servicable. Tomorrow I go to san Angelo (70 miles) for physical. If background and physical are back by tomorrow eve I will be in orientation Thursday, if not I will have to wait until the next thursday because they only do orientation on Thursdays. Just had abug with wings crawling on the keyboard may have to spray. It was about 70 today and sunny. The Indian lady that runs the place said she can't wait till Paul is out by the pool in his speedo. She wants him bad.

That was pretty quick eljay. I will be in orientation this Thursday. Had my physical last Friday morning. Hope you got an early time for yours, they can have results prepared and faxed over pretty shortly.

Had to laugh at the last sentence.

Hey Patt, How did orientation go? I go next Thursday because Background did'nt coms back till Friday. Where are you working? Sonora? I met Paul at the hotel and he is working lots of hours and he got a girlfriend so he does'nt have time for the forum I guess. Hornet was their also. I am in El Paso nad head back Tuesday. Gisquid, I was stationed at Fort Carson in the seventies and that place really sucked, I reenlisted to get out. Hope it's better now. When do you get out?

Orientation went well, eljay. More paperwork, lots of safety, H2S awareness training....food. Too bad you couldn't make that one but BG didn't move fast enough. Be a couple of us out of that orientation going to Sonora yard and several going to Ozona.

I don't know where anyone is staying at. Sounds like housing is pretty scarce in Ozona.....not like it is real plentiful in Sonora.

    Gisquid.....thanks for the well wishes.

tractor trailers, this is a 18 wheeler job good buddy

sure, come join the fun lol

    uhhhhh......naw

i got time for the forum, just very burned out lately with some tough shifts, love interests, lack of sleep, put all those things together and it equals anti social, i was puking this morning, just a bad stretch and payin the fiddler.

lol god bless texas, texas can kisss my ###, startin to look at this place as survival. I drove to a location and the last right i made, i noticed a pick up following me, man i didnt like that at all, i thought my goose was cooked. I never had that happen before and in the middle of no where, its extremely unerving. I stopped on location and the guy pulls up and asks if i found what i was looking for, i thought, ok, who the f is this? i said i think so, i wasnt sure if it was some nut or drunk hunter, i said may i ask who you are sir and he came right up to my cab and said he owns this ##### ranch. I said sorry but i never had a truck follow me like that and i heard bad stories about guys getting hijacked and shot at and he said that doesnt happen on his ranch......lol, right, that makes me feel a hell of a lot better considering he's loaded to the hilt and all i got is my dick between my legs. I know he's the rancher but the guy needs to mind his own buisness or at least understand that when he drives up on someone like that in the middle of the night, that he may not find pleasant company. I got to tell ya, the situation left me feelin really weak considering i been puking this morning and very drained. Texas is a rough place and so is this job sometimes, add in a few other factors and the whole thing can be very tough. One thing ive found is that outside distractions like women and stuff make things harder. To be honest, i was much happier being alone and just workin my job and keeping my emotions at an even keel. Thank god its been slow here because i need the break.......perfect timing, ive always been lucky when it comes to working.
