    LMAO...they had to do it. Was totally screwing some drivers up.

    Two of us going to same customer, both following $#@# QC navigation. I was running my Garmin at same time.

    Other driver (10 years with company) follows it all the way to "programmed" destination, while I turned in the drive 2 blocks away that was clearly marked.

    I also got the only empty they had :biggrin_2559:

    At J' s off 99 in cali. If I have to up over grapevine again anytime soon think my truck is going fall apart... #### that's a rough ride especially when heavy on the rear.. top bunk heater vent popped out and hit floor:biggrin_25523: going bed whup out!

    I'm ready to drive "where ever" and beat the coon dog #### out of whoever designed the GUI.

    WRITE THIS DOWN....number one question to DBL's.

    You can find out what you are doing at the customer (either end) in the TASK menu. There is ONE "Task' list per customer. So you have to check each one to find out what you're doing when you get there.

    4 pages of information concerning EACH customer....and they bury the "live load/drop & hook" information on the "TASK" list.

    The system is great. Could have been designed better, much better.

    IMHO it looks like an MIT drop out designed the #### thing. What dumb ### designs this type of software without a "simplified" fail-safe/over ride?

    I know some of you are O/O's, but are any of you on dedicated? Our drivers are dedicated, so they know when they should get a load, but they call in regularly to let us know they never got a dispatch. The system shows it was sent, so we have to resend it. Just wondering if this was a problem for any of you.

    I dropped a load yesterday at dollar general didn't get a pre-assigned load yet. So I called the workflow people and was told they sent a load assignment to my truck but it failed to go thru

    I went on a rant this week with my DBL. But I was madder than hell when I called.

    The ONLY time I've been able to get ANY information via QC is when they were concerned I would refuse to pick the load up.

    Hours spent on hold. Numerous messages unanswered on the QC, dozens of them.

    HOS failing to update. Load planners sending loads based on hours I did not have. NAT not updating....ETA failing to update....equipment not availible, never mind I WAS hooked to it....on and on and on.

    I'm used to BETA software. But Jeeez Louis...this ain't even close.

    Just a week of complete bull ####!

    Mine was still active too... I just hit arrived and decided they could deal with it LMAO.

    One thing I did notice. EVERY customer I've been to since going on WF, is allowing me in the gate, but making me sign the paperwork at the gate, then giving me the trailer number to pick up...without the paperwork...and putting my ### straight out of the gate after handing me the paperwork on the way out.

    Triggering a "departure call" and error, since my paperwork and work complete haven't been sent.

    Smh they should have fixed all these bugs first before pushing this wf update kind of like ota cell phone updates they need to push a new update. This is why I am going to bulk as soon as that paper comes back in the mail from that background check
