Just some of the stupid things I see

patti, DB is just that, a diesel bear. And near as I can tell from on here, a good guy. He's not a pita like most of the smurfs or the Elk Point scale crew we deal with there by home. (I'm just across the river from Hawarden.)

This is his thread, and if you want to troll, you can start your own. I'll guarantee you it won't be well received in this one. And for the record, I'm more outlaw than not, so I'm not some by-the-book stick up for every smokey type. This thread just isn't the place for smacking bears around.

He's tasked to trucks, and it's likely his state doesn't have the usage laws for 4 wheelers, since many don't.

 

Everyone talks about the $11,000 fine to companies. The way I read it the fine is only charged to companies that require drivers to use a phone or do not have policies requiring the use of a hands free device. If they have these policies in place they are not charged this fine.

Any input on this?

 

Just a few more tickets and you'll get something with a engine. Wishing for a 3500 duramax is out of the question.

 

He does pick on trucks. The ones breaking the rules hardcore, running unsafe, illegally. I have no problem with him picking on those guys.
