That's a tough question...I guess I would say, good, consistent backing ONLY comes with experience and knowing you don't know everything will keep you in the game long enough to get the experience you need to gain knowledge...

Relax, don't let the stupid crap cars and trucks do around you get your blood pressure up. After I realized this trucking became alot more enjoyable.

Never trust anyone even your closet freinds will lie to you, codrivers will steal from you cause they can. And your wifes been sleepin in my bed you need a new wife. I wish I had these tips 27 years ago. Lol

Don't change everything on the truck to make it ride smoother. Don't change the springs, shocks, alignment, tires, seat, wheel balance, etc. Instead, trade trucks.

If you see a job that "might be for you", go for it, dont hang on the fence second guessing everything.
