    Ok...
I did my 4 weeks of CDL training where my driving was micro managed to the inth degree!!
Then I was at Schneider orientation/training where my driving was micro managed to the inth degree!!
Now I'm on the road with yet another trainer who is micro managing my driving to the inth inth inth degree!

I must confess...I have the urge to just scream, LEAVE ME ALONE AND JUST LET ME DRIVE!

I know all this is necessary...but after having 6+ instructors the past 2 months, each with a different way of driving, each telling me their way is best....I'm to the point I just want to be left alone to drive and figure out things for myself.

Ok..vent over. Just had to get that off of my chest...Tyvm
    Any ideas, comments, smart remarks??:biggrin_25524:

Not picking a bone with you but that ^ right there might tell you something. You need to suck it up and listen. You will eventually be on your own.

Looks like you live in Wash. State and it's winter time. Not the best/safest scenerio. This will be the only time in your career you'll have a veteran driver's assistance. If I were you I'd appreciate their efforts and recognize that they are putting their lives in the hands of a newbie.

Sometimes, a person is blind of their problem, even when it's in front of their face.

    Easy ya'll......

    I was just venting.

As a 40 yr old man....I understand why all the training.

Scheinder has been great. I've been treated very well. I'm just eager to get on my own and start working my OWN program...so to speak.

To be fair...I DID ask for smart remarks though...=P

Before you critisize someone, walk a mile in their shoes, that way...you will be a mile from them, and you will have their shoes.

You missed the point of my thread.
