ROCK LEASING SUCKS BIG TIME !!!!
They are the most back-stabiing low-life people you could ever be associted with! They abuse their drivers every way they can...they ignor DOT rules and regulations every chance they get and then, when you match the miles you actually run against what you are paid, you will find that you are consistantly 30% short! Oh yeah, why don't you tell them how, if you get a $50.00 advance and don't spend "at least 75% on the truck itself" you get charged a $25.00 fee! or how about the bad insurance they offer that is not only no good but to expensive to get in the first place. Or ask them about the back-stabbin dispatchers that will leave you sit all day only to give you a dispatch on their way out the door at 5pm that you have to over-night after sitting there waiting all day for a load....
yeah....GREAT COMPANY ALRIGHT !!! Now, can I offer you some ocean front property in Arizona ?????

 

My father n law worked for Rock and had nothing bad to say about them, he tried to get me to switch companies.

 

I think your Father in Law hated you or maybe he wanted you to go belly up so his daughter would leave you!
ROCK LEASING IS THE PITS. The owners Wife and Daughter work there too and are the only ones who not only treat the drivers well and really care about the drivers but......they are the ONLY ONES!!!
The pay is lousy, DISPATCHERS SUCK, SAFETY IS A JOKE AND THE EQUIPMENT is made up of salvalved trucks that are brought in and re-assembled and have constant problems.
Your pay is .34 cents @ mile...which they usally short you 30%
The insurance is to exspensive to afford (espically working for them)
If you get a $50.00 advance...don't mind the $25.00 fee that goes with it...
There is no lay over pay..no extra pay of any kind.
Even tho they were fined by DOT, lost the IPASS and PREPASS....They say 'NOTHING HAS CHANGED! WE JUST HAVE TO BE MORE DISCREET IN WHAT WE DO!"
IF you want to make a decent living...If you want to save your CSA score...if you dont want to be surrounded by back-stabbin people.....
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!

 

I'm gonna post this here also as I did in the other thread:

Im sorry but company advances should be used for the truck. Why in the trucking world do drivers think they should get an advance, for personal use, I mean if you worked in an office you wouldnt use company money for personal uses, nor would most companies outside of trucking even "advance" you money

Cash advances should be used for scales, fluids, washouts etc. etc. not for personal payday loans

 

i think you have made your point, your credibity goes down when you go after the individual and not the post.

 

You are probably right! The dispatchers sure as hell don't look after the drivers so they must be doing 'something" with their time !!!

 

ONCE AGAIN, YOUR IGNORANCE AMAZES ME!!! THAT SHOULD TELL EVERYBODY ON THIS BOARD EXACTLY WHAT THEY CAN EXPECT FROM ROCK LEASING BECAUSE IT IS QUITE OBVIOUS THAT YOU ARE ONE OF THE BACK-STABBIN USERS SITTING IN THAT OFFICE !!!
