T2000 Mirror Temp and What's This Do?

Does anyone know how to.change the mirror temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit? I can't find the switch or button...

Also, on my 2008 model, right next to the ATC switch there is a switch with a snow flake on it. I can turn it on and off, but it isn't the mirror heat. I have a different switch for that. So, if not mirror heat, what is it?

 

Nope, that's down by the ashtray (which I don't use). Here's a picture...



It's the switch second from the left next to ATC. Mirror heat is seven from the left.

It's a non-spring-loaded rocker. A toggle, on or off. No owners manual available.
