PRIME drivers...What's your 20?

I called Prime to get into school. 12 month waiting list for women!

Ya trucking can be difficult for a woman to get into. I was told by drivers also that u wont see a man and woman together in a truck because just about every woman files a complaint agai.st the male trainer of a sexual nature amd a female trainer is even harder to come by. When they hired me i offered to train anyone so ill see what comes of that but also all the guys refuse to train a woman now because of the chance that shes gonna cost him his job. Political correctness has killed another opportunity for someone to work and learn. You may want to go to a regular trucking school, get your class a done, then apply back to prime and maybe ill even train ya by then??? I aint scared haha. Atleast walking in the door with a class a youre several steps ahead of the average student fresh off the buss with nothin. And then u will make 600 a week as a trainee rather than the 300 a week u start as a student. Feel free to ask anything u need to know

Some good advice but you are totally wrong in the pay department.

Prime CDL students make ZERO until they get their CDL. Although they do have access to a $200/week loan to live on the road payed back at $25 dollars a week. Students are not even officially employees until the get their CDL.

C seats. Non Prime school grads with no experiance start training at $500 or .10/mile with their trainer. After a couple weeks they move to B seat at the $600 or .12/mile rate. C seats are required to run 40k miles before upgrade to solo.

Prime grads automatically go to B seat after they get their CDL

Dont get to discouraged just keep researching and see what works. If you want it bad enough you will find a way. I will stifle any additional input on pay scales, trucking, life, or anything of any nature ever!! since i apparently spread misinformation and misfortune. Nurse ratchett will force more pills down my throat if i dont shutup.
