Waited out winds in Lansing tonight - was wondering how this was going to work out. Well... the winds may have died down there, but were really howlin' by the time I got up to GD Rapids. And I got my own definition of what the "GD" stands for! Got to the point I had to really slow down to keep the trailer on the ground. Got up to Zeeland, traded my mty for one that's loaded. Came back down a few miles to WallyWorld. Parked into the wind, and she's still rockin' n' rollin'.

I think that we can urge our members on here to find a trainers name for you. Keep posting here and see what we can come up with.I do hope that they explained why it is such a long waiting period. We don't have many female CDL trainers, as most female drivers are teaming with their husbands/partners. I do know of 2 trainers/instructors that are currently training drivers. There might be a few more, but very few. I am not sure if it is Prime's policy to not let male trainers train females (unless husband/partner) but I do know that it is the best policy for your protection as well as the trainers.
Just watched another prime driver pull up 10 times to get into the doorhere at Wrigleys. There is enough room between each door to park another trailer. I am just glad that there are not alot of people parked here to watch that show ...

It helps no one by telling a newbie they are gonna get paid for something they actually will not get paid for. -
Pulled into the TA in Oakley, KS for fuel and decided to grab a spot for the night. 45K of Mocha Frappucino for Pepsi in Denver at 1500. Overheard line up saying they were fifteen loads short today. Glad FM got me hooked up right away.

We got as far as AZ border before we got turned around with a repower going to Sterling IL for tomorrow early.
Left Springfield Tues afternoon, repower mid day yesterday, currently grabbing lunch in Kearney MO. Gonna grab some zzzs in a parked truck at Walcott, IA.
We'll be empty early tomorrow morning, so hopefully we'll have something lined up for the weekend.
