Werner trucking student driver program lawsuit

If you go to warners truck driving school, you will get screwed.

You should listen to what others tell you then make up your own mind.
I don't think you are the first or the last, to think up this idea.

makes me ashamed to be a truck driver knowing so many are ignorant.

 

Son don't want to step on your little toes, However Werner is one of the finest companys you can be working for. I drove for them 3 + years. Suck it up and be greatful JB Or Pumpkin didn't train you.

 

And Keep your mouth shut, never be late without a good reason, Never be late, don't tear anything up, and you will be treated much better in a short time. Prove you can drive and you will be rewarded! Atta Boy, Yes I can do it, is the way to think in this Profession. Trucking is NOT for everyone. The best last, the weak drive taxi cabs. You have made it when dispatch asks you what part of the country you would like to go to next. Then remind you that you have days off coming

 

I always find it strange when people sign up for something knowing the terms than complain after the fact...If you were so desperate, or didn't care, about the terms when you started, you shouldn't complain afterwards, it's very telling of the type of person you are...

 

Just don't get sick while driving for them, i called dispatch told them i needed help i was hving a heart attack. First words out of dispatch was how is the truck! I was on medical leave for 3 months, did everything Werner told me to do while on leave. When i found out the date i was able to return to work i called my safety gu and told him, he said great to have you back. one week before i was due back to work Werner fired me for being on medical leave to long. WTF they could not wait one week. I loved working there and never had a late appt. Don't trust them!

 

It was their nice way of saying "Were real sorry but you can't be in the trucking industry anymore" My back was my death rattle. Can't pass the back X ray, no job. How it is in the trucking world. Not fair, but real. I was 49 Owner Operator. Wish you luck driver.

You're kidding right? Yeah they are experienced....so experienced all they do is class action. File a bogus claim from some whining crybaby that got fired because he/she couldn't cut the mustard in whatever profession and got termed! But today, all you have to do is whine and cry a little and these ambulance chaser attorney outfits will "take your cause" and sue for millions....the client with the "harm" gets .03% of the settlement, the attorneys (aka scum bags) will split 97%! But keep it deep in your heart...they are all about "helping the poor, the weary, the spat upon....as long as it lines their pockets with millions!

Of course you agree with the taxi driver! I get all my legal and tax advice from cab drivers! They are so much like those ambulance chasers, and nickle dime bartenders....they will listen to your sob story agree with you, pat you on the back, give you a hug.......then go their merry way!
