I went to orientation there... new grad and they expected us to be professionals and masters at driving and backing, What part of new grad didn't they understand? There are better options, smaller companies, local jobs for sure, I found one in Montana... they didn't care that I was new... Take that JBS and S**** it!

So the name JBS is the only new part. They are two old companies join together. So the new thing is something that should not be used as a excuse on why JBS is being run so shytty.

the jbs carriers is considered new because they have been around less than five years. the jbs/swift meet plants have been around since 1956. we are going threw some interoffice personnel changes at the moment and some policy changes with those personnel changes. i would call them growing pains. as a whole jbs is running pretty well now that we have straightened out some of our safety issues in the past two years.
