Well hopefully I'll be lucky enough to get a new truck soon. It seems mine is crapping out on me. Just had it in the shop a week ago due to low oil pressure at idle, loss in power and massive stumbling while accelerating. Was throwing code 34 "boost pressure circuit low" as well as a couple others. They fixed it and it seemed to be better since then. Never found out what was wrong with it.

Just pulled into a rest area for the night and when I stopped the truck and the engine dropped to idle the oil pressure dropped to about 15psi, the check engine light came on and then the engine protection light came on. Turned her off, checked the oil and its full, drained the water from the fuel, nothing is low or leaking. Started her back up and at idle the oil pressure is about 25 OSI but isn't flipping the check engine light or anything. As soon as I rev it up it climbs back up to normal. Reaches 50 psi at about 1000rpm. Isn't giving me any codes. Weird..... Maybe it will blow up on me and I get a nice shiny brand new one.

Also, does anyone else besides me absolutely hate the wiper switch in the Century's?

    Absolutely !

BTW, don't count on that new truck just yet.

At 813k, mines been put in the shop at the end of my normal rotation, for the same issues, 4 times now.

I dunno what they are going to do. But I have zero intention of using it my next rotation, if it is not fixed.

Anybody else have any problems with their dbl when it comes to switching to different accounts mine has been acting like a b¡tch requested to go over to bulk 2-3 weeks ago and he hasn't even started the process or even attempt to contact anyone so I found a contact called in to tell him that and some other info and the guy hung up on my face so I had to contact a dm in the bulk division to email the guy and find out what the problem is been with him for a year and u think he would have a lil consideration

The truck I drove had 985,000 on it before I turned it in. That boneheaded person they call a DBL I had never would answer the phone.. He was always unavailable.

Just a thought. There's a lot floating round the rumor mill at the moment.

It would appear there is a stigma attached to a DBL who loses a driver, for whatever reason.

I listened to a LOT of drivers this weekend. Many with 5 plus years and more. If half of what they said was true (regarding the new workflow) we might be in trouble.

I'm not even going to bother with the numbers that were thrown around. Regarding drivers that have left because of workflow. I'm still having trouble believing those numbers myself.

I did note that most of the drivers were having the same issues. And since that is a valid number (to me). I have to believe that those concerns are being addressed as quickly as possible.

I really hope so. Though I am no longer a Pumpkin, I still have a lot of respect for the folks I worked with there. The level of frustration at the present situation is just not healthy.

So this stigma trickles down on the driver who wants to expand their experience into a different field smh hopefully this dm in the bulk field will get on my dbls supervisor if he doesn't get this process started
