The cabs should be the same, exhaust will work. PM me and I'll get you in touch with a parts manager who can locate the parts you need for you.

    Thanks.

    pete349 Thanks this.

I have a 2007 386 with a 63" stand up unibilt (not ultra) sleeper and was wondering if I could get just the fiberglass cap for the sleeper to convert it to a flat-top. I know I could just replace the sleeper but the price of a flat-top is a little high for my budget. I can find the conversion kits for the ultra cab/sleepers but not for the standard/unibilt stand up. Any help would be appreciated.

I think that was already covered in this thread if not somewhere on this forum it was covered. I don't think it is worth the aggravation you will have to go through to get what you want. Hold off until you buy your next truck. Just my opinion!

The only info I found on this forum is for a 387, my truck is a 386. It has the same cab and sleeper as a 379 so I can't believe someone has not done this before or at least has some info on parts.

I have a driver that, that seems to be using more miles than what he should. I want to install a GPS to track locations and mileage, it plugs into the OBD port. Can you tell me exactlly where it is located? I own a 2004 Peterbilt 379.

I am hoping to buy a used truck later this year, what is the availability of either a late model (2009 to 2011) 387 or 386 with a 475+ hp cummins and a 13speed autoshift and what kind of down payment would I need to get a good rate with mediocre credit.

abig downpayment but why would you want to buy all the problems the ISX engines are having with EGR coolers and turbos and EGR valves is the question you should be asking.
