    These companies that does'nt grant drivers a vacation,I wonder if the inside staff gets a vacation.Far as no idleing,you're going to find that at almost every carrier.The inside staff in sitting at their desk all comfy,why should they care about the drivers.Not too many does.

    Might not be worth the time driving for them but what grounds would you have for filing a lawsuit. If you choose to drive for them and are uncomfortable, that's your choice and can quit at any time.

    Hmm, lets see....... If it's 120+ degrees in that cab, health becomes a issue.

    Not too many places tell you what time they'll be finished unloading you. Bump the dock, hit the bunk. They'll wake you up when they're finished. Drivers that complain about spending 8 or 10 hours somewhere and then expected to roll again are idiots. If you didn't rest, your fault. The company shouldn't have to hold your hand and make every decision for you. Sounds like you're just lazy and reaching for things to complain about.
