I applied to LCL today, talked with a recruiter named Scott, very helpful guy. He was telling me that I would come to Elizabethtown to do orientation and training and it takes a few days, depending on my experience with tankers. Where exactly is the running area if I'm going for the regional? Also what are the truck specs?
Thanks,
Derrick

I worked there in 2009 and 2010. It was and still is a good company to work for. I had a new 2009 Mack Vision. Some of the trailers were pretty beat up. Scott, the ops mgr, is a great guy. Former driver. Tom, the driver manager is gone. Warren is now driver mgr. at the E-town Term.
I would like to go back to work for them, but have to get some issues with my health resolved first.

Had a good conversatin with him. Scott is no longer there. Didn't tell me why. Defineatly interested in bringing me back. Had the Background Release Form faxed to me and I promptly returned it. He asked if I can come out to E-Town to fill out the application. I asked if he could e-mail it to me and I hand deliver it. No problem with that. Will be heading out there on Wed. am. I told him I can start on Monday 4-9-12. He said "No complaints here."
I hope it works out. Looking forward to going back there. -
Went to E-Town Terminal this a.m. Talked to Warren, the Driver Mgr., and Jeff, Terminal Mgr. Had a good talk. Alot of new things since I left in 2010. on E-Logs now. Mostly auto-shifts. No more "coffin sleepers".
Will be starting on 4-9-2012.
Looking Forward to it. -
