Anyone else get a class action form about DAC/HireRight lawsuit?

got my $4,100 check today!............woohoo!

 

I GOT A CHECK IN THE MAIL THIS WEEKEND FOR $4500. SO IF YOU REPLIED TO THE LAWSUIT, JUST GIVE THEM TIME.

 

I got my check last week in the mail.
4100.00 and some change.
when dac reports you have a past possesion charge for heroin and its a lie,,
you get a little more than 18.00.
anyone out there got a bigger check than mine?

A friend of mines got a $4,000 check

 

I missed out. I dont know what it was about but my friend said she got the money because previous companys put stuff on her dac that prevented her from getting a job for awhile and she got back pay from unemployment!!

 

Warning to all with settlement checks! The $18 check that I received as a result of the HireRight lawsuit bounced. WellsFargo Bank. $12 fee assessed. If you are cashing one of these check, especially the big $4100 ones, please be careful!

 

I got one for $65.18. I haven't deposited it yet, though. I guess I'll go in to deposit it instead of just putting it into one of the ATMs.
