Covenant Transport

A fellow student has family members that are running team for them, claims they are splitting $160K annually between them. But they've been with Covenant for 5 years. Gotta pay your dues I guess. They're not on my list of companies to consider at the moment.

 

I know the teams that pull our trailers run 6600 miles a week dedicated. If they split .50 a mile I imagine they do ok for a husband and wife team. I have no clue what they pay though.

I drove teams at covenant. They love their teams and take real good care of them. We made a killing. They don't do so good for solos.

And yea, they'll try to hammer your DAC with something if you quit.

 

They run dedicated to to our terminal in riverside California and back. 2200 over and back then back to. Every Monday off. Why can't you believe that. That's what the fat girl tells me anyhow. I see her all the time and I see her bills. She's not the only team that does it. We also have other covenant teams that do similar things like salt lake city. I don't talk to them much but they seem ok with it.

Don't get me wrong. I wouldn't work for Covenant but they do pull our trailers and I see the same ones all the time. Most are women

 

And the op is asking in a Celadon thread if they hire people with roll overs. Hmmmmmm.
