Turns our that most drivers were violating the HOS because they 1. stayed home too long, 2. spent too much time in the casino, 3. failed to plan their trips, 4. were planned poorly, 5. did the company a "favor".
I heard a lot of people say that running eLogs was going to "force" them to drive while tired, but when we examined the evidence they drove "tired" more often without the eLogs.
HOS what's the point?
