It is 120000 but it took me a little over 15 Months from hire. Actually didn't quite make it. Ended up owing them 200 bucks...

I've been working on it. Just got in a few days ago from being out for 6 weeks straight. My old car bit the dust last month and I'm making a push to save up enough for a different one.

I started on my own last July and have about 75,000 miles in so far. Still have a ways to go, but so far things have been going well. My experience with Roehl has been good, so it's not like I have any plans to go elsewhere when I hit 120,000. It will just be nice to know the training is paid for.

Quick Question..Just wondering if a lot of drivers out there are using bluetooth enabled cell phones. How often does dispatch give you a call via the cellphone? Do they mainly send you messages over the qualcom? Thanks.

I'm reading a LOT of posts that say to do all communication with the company via Qualcomm...just so it's all on record. So, I would THINK most is done by QC. Not like it'll change my unlimited minutes plan either way. *LOL*

They won't call you while driving, and don't call them while driving, even on Bluetooth. I rarely get calls unless there is a specific issue and usually I'll be expecting it then.

Hey folks, I have a prehire from Roehl and a few other companies. I live in Tulsa Ok and can only do reefer or van. What are the differences in how they run? What are their days like? What type of eqipment are you running, I've read they are replacing some of the trucks and I've seen some of the new prostars on the road. I should have my cdl on the 17th but i need to make a decision soon so i can get the physical and other stuff done. From everything I've read and from the drivers I've talked to this seems to be a good fit for me. The decision is really which division to go with. thanks

It is against company policy to talk on the phone, even with a hands free, while the truck is moving. They are pretty strict about this issue. Not saying that I don't do it, but it is the policy.
