I love how when you're on a US route, and you drive to a town that has a 4 lane highway bypass that's like a mile longer than if you drive straight line through the town. Schneider's GPS tells you to get off the 4 lane road and to drive straight through the slow ### town streets to save a measly mile. And then the next time you drive down the same road, it'll tell you to take the bypass. It just randomly changes up depending on it's mood I guess

And then there is the thing how the GPS does EVERYTHING within it's power to get you to avoid toll roads. It's like, "Don't go on that toll road, turn down this tiny ### side street and go back the way you came!!!!"

Guys & Gals Here's the best fix for the ETA and service issue.

Use the 50mph rule, then add an hour, or two. Then add your times for fuel, pre trip, etc.

I've always been within 15 minutes (early) of my ETA when we used the MAC 18. But since going to WF. What can I say?

My current load calculated to 44 hours. I set my ETA to reflect 48.

Fixed appointments are a bird of another feather. My ETA will be the exact appointment time. Unless the shipper prevents me from getting there.

The WF system will adjust your ETA to the cons, based on your departure times from shipper. Most times. So keep an eye in it.

Be mindful of automatic updates of your times in workflow. . Check these before going down for the day and when you get up in the morning.

I think the concern is, they want to make sure you can get the load picked up on time.

However, I do think they overstepped it a bit by asking us to "guess" when we would deliver without all the needed information.

That may be why they set the minimum at 35% for on time ETA.

They NEED to know when we will be there. So they can pre plan. But I feel like they have tied our hands with the "pre" entry of information from us. Without the proper information.

    stevep1977 Thanks this.

So drivers on old system will see a bonus. And drivers on work flow will not see a bonus.

Naaaa. I suspect that policy will apply to second quarter, not first. Since they just sent out the memo.

But stick around. If it cost me mine for the first quarter. Y'all will be the second people to hear about it.

can I file workmand comp fro a thumb injury? Like from over exertion twiddling my thumbs waiting an &%*&$I&%#@&^$%P)%*&(*& load.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I thought the goal of WtF was to simplify and streamline things?
Why is it that I wait for my next assignment 95% of the time? I think its been once that a preassign has been sitting in my box waiting for my reply before I've delivered the active load.

Or within 5 or so minutes of saying through message that I have no load and am available, one comes through. Happy coincidence? please.
