We use TripPak and Transflo scanning stations at truckstops. Transflo applications are available for iPhone and PC platforms as well - you'll need an internet connection and scanner for that. In addition, the newer QualComm terminals can be used for in-truck scanning as well. The MIS system sends a message back to your QualComm after the trip report has been logged into the system.

is anyone familiar with the pay plan for company drivers who become trainers ? please post it if you know it, thanks

Well, I heard back from my recruiter and was told that my application was declined due to more qualified applicants being available at this time. She told me to try again in a couple of months. Is there a better time to apply then others coming out of the state of Fla?

Your home location has a lot to do with it - if you could move north of I10 or get a mailing address up there, you'd probably be "more qualified." It has to do with the amount of freight that we move in South Florida. -
Thanks IP, I really want to train and work for Prime so I'll just keep trying. I plan on moving my home address to Nevada but that would be after working for Prime a year or so. I was a transportation officer in the USAR for fifteen years pulling fb and tankers. I think that Prime is definitly a good fit for me.
