I think A&E may have some out of work haulers that may be interested. They will try to outbid each other on the lowest acceptable weekly prize.

And my advise to anyone within this forum considering it.
DON'T. Unless you are really hurting for the money.
Residuals and merchandising can pay your truck off in short order, if the show gets half the audience of MSNBC.
Even more if the show gets a second or third season.
But.... We all know you guys will find more than one taker.
Good luck with the show. -
No cast members get merchandising royalties or residuals in the first season of any show. For example, the Jersey Shore kids made less than $5,000 per episode the first season, second season they made between $7,500-$10,000, while now they'll reportedly be getting paid $175,000 per episode. You have to start somewhere. This show likely won't make you rich but it can put some extra money in your pocket while proving to all that you're the best Trucker on the road. After that it's all a bonus... Thanks again for your time.

Contracts are made to be negotiated.
First season or not. That's why there are "rider" clauses.
Anyone who signs a contract that allows another party to pocket the majority of any possible future earnings.... is an idiot and deserves what they get.
The recording industry raped more than one starry eyed singer in years gone by.
And now the "reality" industry is cashing in on the uninformed individuals willing to sell their soul for 15 minutes.
In truth, the "reality" industry started during a screen actors strike. Producers quickly realized how CHEAP a reality show was to produce. The average American will do anything for the camara, at any price.
And you guys have been milking that cow for many a year. -
The Best Trucker on the road has much better things to do than get involved with things like this. I really doubt the "extra money" comes close to the amount that could be made doing real trucking in the same amount of time. -
I am the best, and anybody that's anybody already knows that.
RickG Thanks this. -
Oh wait..... I am somebody !!!
All hail the Village Idiot. -

You can make as much as $35,000 in 15 days. If you're making more than that driving your truck then God Bless. But I'm sure most people would be ok with the money compared to what the normally make.
Freebird, if you're for real, than please apply. Hope to hear from you. Thank you. -
