Nothing makes me sadder, than to see my sister on one of her "good" days.

Gone is the complaining butthole of old. Well educated and well rounded person.

Now we get to listen to hyper speaking along with short term memory loss.

I can't answer that if I would feel safe with your sister or not,i've never met her.But I would say 25 meds is a bit too much.Pat is only on 2 I think he said and probably a lite dosage.

Certain painkillers make me feel high as a kite others have relatively no affect on me. I take NONE while driving or if I am going to be driving any time soon. (As in long enough to have it completely out of my system, usually 2 days. Just paranoid like that) BUT some things that are completely legal and are non-narcotic make me feel like a high school stoner. Mileage varies.

    Don't take this personal.

But the drug test administered after a DOT report accident/incident WILL show proof of DUI.

You can be found DUI for taking a cough medicine. Regardless of how little you took.

A company takes a huge risk when they allow a medicated driver on the road.

Anytime the drug states a risk while operating "machinery". You should not be operating anything. Otherwise you are DUI in the eyes of the court.

You can get in. Without the training part.

Look at the major freight handlers. They'll allow you to work into a driving position.

But they will require you to work the docks first. Then they'll train you around the yard and locally.

Sorry your school failed to mention the "training" part.

The school merely trained you to the point of getting a CDL. They did not train you how to drive a truck.

Lobbyist are currently trying to have this changed. But again, it will place an even longer training period onto the trucking companies. Not the schools.

Nothing personal to some people who have mentioned about driving ,in and out of cab etc.,would hurt, well when i was training the thought crossed my mind about the pain that i might endure.but, believe or not i was in cab constantly using clutch over and over again ,even not being used to it bared me no pain what so ever.and that was using clutch over and over for 5-6 hours straight no break period.i was practicing maneuvers on the range.i just need a chance to prove myself.
