they could not figure it out so they just replaced it all. sensor first said it was pump. then def quality. def tested fine ( i thought the guy running my truck might have added water or something but he didn't)

so far so good

Well April 6 i dropped my trainee in for upgrade. again he had been driving for some years but had taked a few years off so he needed a few miles. He was a fine driver. So I am all set to run solo for awhile. Then FM asks for a favor it is a long story but a guy who should never have been a trainer took a guy out of pitston and dropped him in spring mo after 3 weeks saying the guy can drive but I am done. The trainee is from Africa and was having a hard time understanding what was happening. So FM asked me to get him on the road and if he needed a more expeienced trainer we could work that out. Well it is working out well he is a great driver. His school was 9 months and he is a really good driver.

Funny story though. When I switch drivers I set the GPS to where we will change out. normally about 500 miles down the road. I always say if you need to stop please do but get me up incase you need help. Well after two weeks I wake up about 30 miles from our planned stop and jump in the passengers seat. He seems out of sorts. I ask him whats up he says he has needed a rest room for 3 hrs but still had to drive 30 minutes. Apparently any time he stopped before the other guy would gripe and yell at him. Plus though he speaks english pretty good he did not understand that I was telling him it is ok to stop. So we have a good laugh and now he knows he can stop when he needs it.

 

So I have been using PDA net to tether my phone to my laptop.(can't remember if it was IP or U2 that told me about PDAnet but thanks for saving me a ton) About 2 months ago I get messages saying that tethering is not part of my contract. That is why I have not been posting. I just don't spend time in truckstops as they seem to suck time and money. Well I was just about to breakdown and buy an air card when Idiscovered some settings on PDA net that allows me to tether unnoticed by the cell co. So hopefully I will be here more often I have missed the chatter

 

speaking of face that look on mine when you guys said you did not have the hours to get to CA was "OH ##### trainee was supposed to pull out of the 01 my 70 is low" So I drove 6 hours that night and 7 today. I will be fine now as I get plenty back but dang is sucks when you foul up like that
