OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Well I took the lumber to the shipper today so they could preload my trailer for me tonight. They are cutting off 1.5 feet of those beams and the crack only went about 10" into it anyways..... i'll post up pics once I get loaded up tomorrow.

 

Holy ####! And I thought that beat to death N14 did terribly in 40-45 headwind climbing from NE to WY. It performed like a golden god compared to that and that was with a hole in the fuel line. She'd still run 80 if I hammered on it, even half crippled and run into the ground like she was. I'm beginning to really hate detroit and I've only test driven one once.

 

mndriver, my 18 year old heads to basic 2 days after he graduates the 19 may. he got an rotc scholarship , but is also going to be in the reserves at same time. he is going to do his basic, airborne, and AIT from may to dec.

he has college paid for and a very good monthly stipend during school. he is my favorite kid now.

my 33 year old daughter has been in the marines for 12 years, she will retire military. her husband is retired marine .

she has a good gig at the moment , aide-de-camp to the commanding general of the marine reserve.


me, all i got is a aarp card. should have stayed in, lol

 

Must be hard up for money then, hey if you pay for membership heck you would not believe the discounts.

Yeah I didnt dare take any photos at the Navy Base as I know how they usually feel about this. You also dont take any photos at Boeing plants as they will get ya for that too.

 

theyre supposed to do that if you look under 40. I did that job in a previous life.
