You'll be fine. I've done it a few times from FL up to OH and such. It sucks sure, and you have to pay more attention. I'd start opening up snowbird trunks before you load them back down in the fall. Obviously one or two of them has mistaken you for a freight hauler.

Geeze man, just go around the scales. You won't be the first and certainly won't be the last. Why mess with it?

Going around the scales with an auto hauler is a sure way to get damaged vehicles if you are not dead certain what is on that road.
Flatbed or van, sure, carhauler, no way.

I'll be unloading tonight. I've got one more splash and then. Full fuel after the Maryland coop. My drives would be over 34k with full tanks.. but I would've slid a few decks to fix that. Trailer only 33320.

Dont forget the scale on 295 on jersey between exits 2 and 4. And dot cops will hang out sometimes on 130 watching for the scale dodgers.
