Ok Bro like I said I can try to give you what little I know about the western regional. Western Regional drivers will touch some of their freight. They may touch a pallet or 2 at the mom and pop customers we deliver 2, because they have no lumpers.
2nd to find a western regional driver. I suggest you hang out at the Pilot in Toleson, AZ and look for JBS trucks that begin with the number
2. Now the KW's don't begin with the number 2 and since they pretty much merged all the fleets. A OTR guy may have a number that begins with a 2 and a western guy may have a number that begins with 1. I think they get paid .45cpm I'm not sure. I would just expect to get 2,000 miles a week going in if you can't find somebody to talk to. Most of the regional drivers will get less miles then OTR just because u guys only go to a certain region. I would definitely see what the recruiter says about avg miles.
3. I'm not sure if you are doing regional just to be home every weekend or few weeks, but if you are going in wanting to be home every weekend and you live in AZ might be an issue just guessing. The likely hood that you will run into a western regional guy on this forum is very low. I traded loads a couple of weeks ago with a western regional driver in Salt Lake he was happy and I think he was about to retire in a few years or months. He lived in the Salt lake Area so I'm sure he is able to get home more so maybe that's why he was happy.
Hope in whatever you decide you find what you are looking for. Have a great day and God bless.

FXDL I'm sure this was a typo but you said"I found the company I am with now the recruiter diden't B.S me they train the same way JBS dose where the trainer sits in the passenger seat with you when you drive , out of the 2800 miles we ran our first week I drove half of that"
I'm sure you meant the trainer sits in the passenger seat while you drive. If not You a Supa Trucka to sit on top of your trainer's lap in the passager seat and drive how do push the pedalslol Just messing with you bro. Still think if you claiming you are like JBS you should of done 90% of the driving and not half. But like you said there's more companies out here then JBS. Why don't you tell us your great company's name so we can all sign up.

But no need to lie. The #13434 Jack&Jill Logistics JBS Powered Peterbilt is ran by the banned, retired, and eradicated Hazmat 777. If the admins want to ban me for coming back on. Its all good. I should have obeyed the rules. If not I will respect their rules, and no more new names. Have a Blessed day folks.
