Wow 2 people in the whole entire industry that had a good experience...nice..B4 you get all bunched up, why don't you read my posts...I never said I worked for them and if you're taking this forum so serious, you probably work for them in their office...I'm not coming back to this so I'll just say that I don't need to fabricate anything at all...It's my opinion too...And Cooper09....when you can say you have 300,000 miles in a truck then you can call anyone a troll!!!!...Wannabe...Like I said b4, I'm not a hater.......
-
No it doesnt take any miles to spot a troll...
Its just sad when someone is posting a positive experience someone has to dump on them.

Well my husband has been for CRE for a little over a year. He drove for another company and when the loads started getting short, he quit. I road with him for the year, so I helped a lot with the routes, etc, in no way would I drive though. I am the one who found CRE on the internet when he decided to drive again, I didn't know this forum existed then and I think if I would have CRE would have been nixed.
He is a lease operator, has had Phase 2 trainees, some of whom barely knew how to drive on a straight road, no night experience, no docking, etc; team driver till the guy decided he preferred being at home with wife (over 63); and now he is Phase 1 trainer, OMG, this is like babysitting when you have a person who has never driven at all before. The bad thing is this is what supports CRE making money and the only way you can make any decent money. The payments, ins, variable mileage, maintenance, and fuel take a very large chunk of change each week. They also have a lot of the loads which are very heavy, over 40,000 lbs going through the mountains where it eats up your mileage. He is flip-flopped back and forth on the rebate and cap program; whichever way it is sure to put money in CRE's pocket, not yours. Of course you all may say a lot of this is a tax write-off, but you still have to have money to support a house and family somehow.
He does have a very good DM though and that I am grateful for; some can be ###. There does seem to be some who like to steal a good long run also if they can get you to swap; some cases you don't have a choice. Some of the vendors are pains as in all places and need to be boo'd out but that's life.newtruckerwife84 Thanks this. -

So far he has not had 2 students at a time, and he doesn't plan on ever having to, it has been murder with just the one at a time.
I know CRE is just thinking "Oh Boy" everyone is having a good time not getting enough sleep.
