Freezing - make sure your DC cord has a nice tight fit. If not slightly squeeze the USB end of the DC cord together.

The Dock should be open up to updates for all models now. If you are having issues, let me know the serial number off the back of your TND.

    Thanks,
    Mark.

Download it from Rand McNally website here :

    http://www.randmcnally.com/support/download-dock-software.jsp

Also make sure you have the latest Windows updates that includes updates for Net framework.

    Grape Ape Thanks this.

It's very possible that the laptop manufacturer loaded a very old distribution copy of Windows on to it, or it's been sitting in a DC somewhere for quite awhile.

i've had 2 things come up in the last 2 days and both are STUPED

#1 driving south on I-35 from Dallas, Tx. going to Laredo, Tx. with a has-mat load my 710 wanted me to take I-410 west around San Antonio, Tx. (the long way) i took I-410 east (the short way)

it keep trying to reroute me back around I-410 west after (around 5 miles) it said NO TRUCK ROUTE and cleared my trip....! now I-410 east IS A HAS-MAT TRUCK ROUTE and i hate it when it can't find a turck route that it will just clear out the trip (not part of it but the whole trip) so i must re-enter all my stops.....

2nd running from 1275 uniroyal dr. laredo, tx. going to 5803 san bernardo ave. laredo, tx. WHY does it route me 11 miles OUT OF THE WAY....?

it has me get on I-35 north at exit 13 go up to exit 18 to turn around and get on I-35 south and get off at exit 3b....?????
