    Duct tape, electrical tape, zip ties, screw drivers, wrenches, socket set, crescent wrench, locking pliers, set of pliers, torx set (depending on truck), hammer. Get cheap tools at harbor freight to carry in the truck.

    Oh and crimping tool and electrical connectors

    You need to be able to fix air lines and leaks of various sizes. Same goes for Water and Fuel lines. You should be able to tighten lines and hoses.

    Should be able to change Belts.

    Should be able to change filters.

    Should be able to Tie Up loose lines, a way to suspend things from dragging.

    Just a few of the most common things you will need to do to get off the road or to a repair facility.
