I sat in Houston they sent me 200 miles to pu that delv 100 miles away. Woke up no load called they had one but didn't send it out . Just keep calling every 3 hours b nice and keep asking

Well, when I got someone on the line, they asked the planner what was going on. Seems there's only a few loads short loads in this area that aren't to be delivered until Monday, so I drove myself to the Dallas OC. I guess I'll get a 34 hour reset in, huh?

 

Yep, it happens from time to time, unfortunately.

 

So far I'm liking my new dbl. She seems to be on top of everything. I'm scheduled to be back on Monday for home time. I got up here early so I've been getting a lot of short runs to keep me close so I can be home on Monday. She's been lining up load after load to keep me moving until Monday. Even was in today and got me a load for tomorrow.

 

Grab a break relax do some laundry for free lol and keep hounding them.

Anybody else paint their nails in their sleeper berth today?

No load for me yet. I sure hope they run the #$%& outta me if I end up resetting here. In other news, they don't have real creamer for the coffee here at the Dallas OC. I had to use powdered stuff like some sort of g-###### animal.

 

Shower for free, too, since I haven't earned any at Pilot yet.

 

They usually have plenty of water coming out of either Roanoke, or Mountain Creek PKWY going to Walmart somewhere.

 

Gotta love pulling poland springs loads 300 mile run yesterday and all the coops were closed
