    We are on our third outer wheel seals in two months after Joplin did all 4 inner and outer...hopefully third times he charm!

    On my way yesterday,I was called 4 times about money,,1 for a errant form 27 i didnt file,2 about why didnt i fuel in Conway Freight terminal(each time i fuel the day before and didnt go anywhere,and then was issued a Conway load) and the other was layover(which i got screwd out of a day),

    Not sure if it's a money issue in Joplin. Im sure company folks read this and could not careless at this point. SCRUBS at this company are the office people who can't get accounts, who continue to hire when we don't have the freight to move what employees we have. I came home due o lack of freight in the NE and was hoping someone could pull their head out of their ### long enough to deal with the extra truck issues out this way. Well, still over 20 xtra trucks out here. I have been home 5 days now and only drove 7 hrs between 1930 last Friday and this past Tuesday at noon.

    Before the powers at be issue one more write up to anyone or call anyone on paperwork maybe they should walk around Joplin an figure out what is going on because what isn't seems to be anything productive. Also, if I hear "we are short staffed today" 1 more time my head will explode. Too many drivers for the freight volume and too few office staff to increase freight volume, who exactly thought of the current business model?

    Just got out of Canada was there since Wednesday. Sat 3 days at the 5th wheel exit d.

    of course if you dont like cleaning up others crap maybe you need a new job too
    I have never been successful at changing the world no matter how wrong i thought it was
    I am developing a rep at transam for repairing trailers I dont like it but I like driving bad tires and leaking wheel seals even more 6 different trailers in 10 days 6 outer seals
    human nature likes to pass it on in this case the crap
