Marijuana does not contain all of the man made stuff that INTENTIONALLY hooks you. Some of this stuff causes cancer.
"They" don't care. It's all about the dollar.
Human psychology is a strange thing. One should look into how the Cigarette industry approached a one "Dr. Edward Bernays" (nephew of Sigmund Freud) to devise a way to get people (psychologically) interested in cigarettes on a "National" scale.
Look into how he accomplished this. This "Reefer madness" is more NWO Corp. Madness BS!
Dr. Edward Bernays, oh, he also founded the Dept. of Public Relations. This is basically a group that studies how to best control people.
Marijuana question...

I was a Medical Assistant before and let me tell you this, If you are a regular user and depending on your weight, it could be in your system up to 4-6 months after stopping. If you just occasionally use, say half a joint every two weeks or so then again depending on your weight it could take up 1-2 weeks to get out of system but if you smoke at all and they do hair follicle, your screwed. Best bet is if your going to drive for a company, don't do anything illegal. We just had a guy come to school here and he thought he would be ok because it had been two months since he had smoked but he was a bigger man and was a regular smoker before, he failed his test.

The last place I worked at had random drug testing and I lost count of all the people I saw come and go in the 5 years I worked their because of pot. Their big thing was they would test right after a big Holiday 3-4 day weekend and almost always catch someone who decided to party and smoke a little pot figuring it would be alright.

The problem here is the retention of the drugs in your system. There is no conclusive test that determines when or how long ago you may smoked it. Unlike drinking where it shows the time involved.
So, with the smoking, it retains in your system for 30 days and it might have been 29 days since you used it.SheepDog Thanks this. -
I think the urine tests and blood tests are fair. Basically, if you have particles that can be metabolized, then you are still driving while potentially being influenced by the drug. Yes, even 1 month later. Being high can last hours to days. It is an uneven process, and it's not quantifiable except by urinalysis.
And in my opinion, being high while driving is dangerous. A relaxed state is dangerous. I believe a bit of hyper-awareness is good on the highway. Some people would call it paranoia, but what do they know? I constantly check my mirrors (every 6 seconds or so, unless I'm in traffic). I'm suspicious as all hell of other drivers. I see people on the road as either (many) enemies or (few) allies. I mean, think about it. The things that make people decent truck drivers make them pretty rotten human beings. Introduce yourself to some of your fellow drivers at your next stop. You should understand what I mean. As a large demographic group, we are a bunch of misanthropic twats.
Now, Hair Follicle tests are unfair because the metabolites are encased in hair, which we cannot metabolize. But that's as far as I go.
EDIT: If you really wanna argue something controversial, argue coffee, which brings on just the type of hyperactivity I believe is good in a driver. So far, people aren't testing for coffee in our systems, which might be good because I think my blood coffee level is around .4 or .5. But I think the emotions will run higher in a thread like that. Might even spawn some internet where are you? Let's fight! posts..Last edited: May 28, 2012

Theoretically if it's NOT in your blood, you're not feeling the effects. THIS of course, being said of weed, coke, etc, not psycho active drugs.
So, if the metabolites are in your fat cells (where they are stored) then you are not feeling the effects.
I was just researching a bit and found no conclusive evidence that were you to burn fat cells that you would feel "high".SheepDog and AfterShock Thank this. -
