You know Max, I don't think there is conclusive evidence either way. I think that's why folks stick with urinalysis, which just shows a potential of drugs in someone's system. Being high and ability while high is subjective, so it's not quantifiable except as a lark. But it's moot I guess. It's enough that it's a class 1 controlled substance by the federal govt., and so, if it's even found, you might as well have been catching and licking a hundred toads in the desert.

Come to think of it, I don't think toads are controlled, so scratch that.
