Stevens Transport aviary

If I get hired at Stevens do they help to get the Canadian Passport or do I have to get that on my own?

 

Backed into parking spot, shut down engine, started doing QC stuff...it decided it was tired. It went to sleep in the middle of my 59 message. So much for staying on.

Don't worry about Mother...she will be so consumed with my logs that she will forget anyone else.

Left TS in Nebraska this morning. GPS says it's 662 miles to Champaign.
Speedo after I shut down engine at TS tonight (I dropped load at Kraft) said I ran 659 miles
QC says I ran 666 miles.
QC says I still have 21 minutes on my 11.
My truck is still governed at 62. (never got around to turning it up)
Keep in mind, about 40% of the trip was on US36 with traffic lights.
let's see....add the 5, carry the 2, move the decimal...that comes to about 61.91 mph average.
Those new tires must be the reason, eh?

My DM left on vacation after today...never got my preplan west.
If I don't get my load, I'll find a place to park this and fly home.
Let's see...If I sign out for home time at the nearest KW dealer, that should raise an eyebrow or two!

 

Still not use to these new QC things.
I think I've forgotten my 58 and 59 about half the time.
No way to go back and check. No way to figure out the miles it's calculating on me
After you approve the hours, most of the data is locked away in never never land.
So I never do get things right!

QC had shut down a half hour ago. Now it's all lit up again.
No email or anything. It just has a mind of it's own.

 

Im hoping someone can give me their advice on the alliance program. Such as pros and cons? Is it really as good as it seems? What costs do you have? Any info is GREATLY appreciated. Stay safe!

 

You are responsible for getting your Passport, but Stevens will reimburse you.

I just made my bobtail pti into a drop and hook. That should keep mother happy. I did go to the QC web site and downloaded my logs so I could see how it all comes together. Every edit shows up.

Geez! I just left there because freight from here is suppose to be moving better.

Anger manegement. Is that when you yell and scream at the dm and send nasty grams across the QC? It makes me feel better But causes difficulty down the road.
