Allright, so much for the bad, what I wanna know is which ones are the best!

Who is the WORST to drive for? Jeesh. What a loaded question. And I have many questions to add. I have met a few "Swifties" in person and they genuinely love it there. I also (but never met) one who is having a O.K. time for Covenant Transport. I have read to many posts since I have been here on happy J.B. Hunt driver's. I could go on but I am sure you get that idea.
Why do some prefer refer, some dry box and some flat? Why do some (company driver's) prefer short runs over long one's?Again I am sure you get the idea here.
Of course I doubt I could work for any of the aforementioned companies, still some thrive there. I believe it is of course how we are put together..And of course attitude and temperament has much to do with it. What is a "slice of heaven" for one..Will certainly be a "corner in hell" for another.
There is no doubt in my mind some of these "companies" monetarily rape the new people..Still name me any field where one does not have to pay their dues in one form or another. the "newbie" should use them to get the experience and move on to greener fields..
Of course I am not saying bad companies do not exist;but if currently working for one-use THEM to your own end-and move on to find your niche in Trucking.... -

Wenger or Covenant!!! That's my picks.
