their animation is totally off on the timing...You can't have a combustion cycle with a valve open and the piston going up. Nor can you have an intake cycle with the cylinder open and the piston going up.

    But that's the little things.....

What's the "catalyst" that increases the "stimulation of the oxygen"?

Sounds like a snake oil to me.

No idea but a quick look at their web site and I can spot at least places where they are being economical with the truth and trying to sell the results.
The one where there is a before and after picture of black smoke out of the dozer's stack.
On the before photo you can see the throttle has just been mashed by the puff of smoke before turbo spools up.
On the after you can see by the much longer smoke trail produced by a constant throttle.
They are not comparing apples with apples and try to dupe you in to thinking it is their product that is making the difference.

I never bashed the testers. Just pointed out some holes in a few of their stories. I gave the tube a fair shake, it didn't work, it actually cost me a loss in fuel mileage on my Accert Cat. It was installed correctly with no sharp bends in its rediculously long hoses. It is a scam the same as the other miracle magic tube.

That's what I used to think as well. Until CAT came out with the ACCERT engine. From what I've read, that system actually keeps the intake valve open for a while on the compression stroke, pumping air instead of exhaust (EGR) into the engine. The technology id called the "Miller Cycle" and the valve staying open is why the engine needed 2 Turbos to make enough boost.

most engines have some valve overlap, in fact on briggs engines, you can custom grind the cam for the overlap to help help pull in more fuel, the cam grind can affect a lot lot of things. which is why racers use custom ground cams.

but again, this fuel saver is like many smoke and mirrors.

Ecotaz-I didn't send mine back due to procrastinating and in the middle of building my house, have been spending all my time off of the truck working on my house.
Irun pretty much the same runs from mobile to Houston. Most of the time between 75000 to 80000 lbs. most times it is oversized flat steel plate. I run between 63-67 except across Louisiana (56-58). My fuel mileage has not increased and I haven't noticed any increase of power. My mileage has not changed from winter blend to summer blend. I track every fill up on fuel gauges and you can find my truck under the same user name. My tankfulls that are close to 7mpg were because of very light back hauls and the ones in the 5.7-5.8 rang are because of working local those weeks with the truck ideling most of the day.
I will not buy another one nor recommend the product to anyone. I am not looking to get into a pissing contest with anyone and have just related MY experience with this product. If you have one and it is making money for you then good on you.

On another note, the best money saver I have found related to fuel has been joining NASTC and getting on their fuel program. Got fuel in Mobile at the TA for 3.31. Cash price was3.69. I got 189 gallons so you can do the math on the savings.

Thank you for your honesty and not being fast talked by the magic tube salesman into believeing something not true!

NASTC is a good investment with the fuel program is one of the best for the small independent carrier or single truck O/O.

I know I have saved alot of money on fuel purchases since I joined NASTC.
