Very well may? But how often do you stop and feel your hubs?
even on a load check stop?
Only time I feel hubs is if I just had hub, brake or some other work done that required removal. I also leave hubcaps off after brake work and tire replacement
so I can see lugnuts and feel hubs. Sometimes things just fall into the the TS catagorey( tough sheit).
Just some of the stupid things I see

Ive seen an old beat up produce truck on the new joyzee turnpike(and i mean BEAT UP, as in it shouldve been donated to the air force for bombing practice) lose both wheels off a hub going down the road. Luckily, both wheels wound up in a field, but when i yelled to the guy on the cb about his missing wheels, he sped up and took off!! Back then i didnt have a cell phone yet, and was in too must shock at what i saw to get the plate number.
