How often do you all have to do an exhaust regeneration? I seem to have to do one every 2 weeks. Sounds like my truck is going to explode here in this Walmart parking lot, lol.

for the most part it happens automatocally when I'm at speed. Only time it didnt was when the actuator broke on it so it couldnt go on its own. Was telling me to do it , but it wouldnt. Ended up shutting downn on me after the repair shop closed on a saturday afternoon in Virginia north of Roanoke. Sat for two days before I could get moving again.

    Well, shoot, that's not encouraging.

The first time I did it, I ran it for 55 minutes. It seemed to not doing anything, and I wanted to be on my way, so I took off and shortly thereafter, the engine and regeneration light went off. Now it's on again, the engine light and the regen light, but this time the regen light is flashing. I just ran it for a good hour and the lights are still on. I *hope* the lights turn off for me when i hit the road again.

My next stop is to Gary anyway. I need some other things looked at on my truck as it is. l hope they can fix everything in short order because my load has to be up in Oshkosh by the 2nd.

so yeah. This little game of hunt the mt on the weekends has got to stop. Drove 200 miles today just to get one. 3 different locations. first one was 5 miles from Kearny drop yard where I stayed last night. Sent a message in about the pu location having only M-F hours of ops. Called in too, and was told "yes you can go in the morning. They open at 7" Well, they did showup to work today but no guard so according to the guy at east coast warehousing, I couldnt get it.

SOOO in their infinite wisdom they sent me to long island 90 miles away. Guess what. They are only open m-f as well. Send in the exception message. They then want to send me BACK to the original locartion!! WTH!!!! Turns out I could grab one about 110 miles from location #2. Which sent me back to Jersey about 30 miles from location #1. so when I finally get to load pick up location I've driven 230 miles, crossed the George Washington Bridge twice AND fought the traffic that goes with it. 300 miles driven total today. Used 8 1/2 hours driving time to do it. As an added bonus. I got the extreme pleasure of crossing the GW again on my way to CT. Just lovely.

Tomorrow morning after dropping I get to head back to Jersey crossing good old GW a 4th time in two days. Thankfully the load I get tomorrow takes me by the house(maybe). Prob wont get to stop. Just as well, power is out. 80mph wingstorm blew through yesterday. Knocked out power to 345,000 customers.

I feel you on the mt hunt (one of reasons I left sni). I went to four different spots one time around OK. Many times to two places other times.

What's up with this weather?? I'm heading to your neck of the woods for a Monday unload. Parked it in IL since the rain sucks, can't wait to get closer to Columbus... :(

+1. Once drove over 120 miles round trip, back to the place I started. They had me go search instead of just waiting it out. This was in MA.

Ah yes....the non-accessable empty syndrome. Gotta love it, man! Actually, I've had that happen a few times at Crete as well...frustrating to say the very least!
