In almost everyone of your posts you complain about how everybody's rules keep you from making any money. HOS, EOBR, speed limits, OS/OW curfews, etc.
Perhaps a different career, with less regulation, would suit you better. I onderstand picking up discarded beer cans doesn't have a lot of regs and rules.
Why CSA 2010 and E-Logs are a good thing.

Yea, I disagree with stupid policy! I'm criticizing the regulatory bodies and their policy making that's gone overboard! I criticize the government for the same reasons.
Here you are taking things to a personal level!
That's the way things progress with big government leftist/liberals like you. When you don't have a valid point to make in the defense of your ideologies, then you recourse to private and personal attacks. You see this in politics and everywhere else this days. Can't argue on substance? Go after the man! Attac his personality!
God! : I wish I could say it like Mark Levin: "get off my phone, you big dope!" -

How each one of deals with the regs is personal. You and others, like you, moan and groan about what you can't do, while others zero in on ways to capitalize on the same rules, regs and laws.

I understand how you accumulate points, I'm just not sure how this effects your employment. -

CSA point can ruin your trucking career and not just vets but rookies and all in between. Its not bad enough that a driver gets points on his license for violations now CSA points. So tell me does that not ruin a career of even the best trucker or worse. And as for the person who said our time is coming meaning us bad law breakers who keep log books, drive faster than 62 or get our job done different than others when the day comes and the goverment knocks on my door and says this BS or that BS that will be the day I hand them the keys and say have a nice day. look at the drivers these big companies hire, run thru trucking school mills let them then become trainers with 6 months experience. Yeah CSA is gonna eat em up and spit em out and some will never get the chance to prove their worth while others are just seater heaters and a pawn to big companies trying to fill truck. JMO
