why does o.d. pay more? it's got to be more headaches, is there a financial gain?

 

The more oversized we haul advances us in levels. Which increases our cpm with all loads hauled, not just oversized.

 

Any of you guys know anything about Kristin in dispatch? She seemed OK when I met her, said her trucks have been doing a lot of TX to IL and back lately. But clearly IDK yet. I'm just hoping they've got a truck for me at the end of the week.

 

Met her before. She seems OK. Its not just her that does a lot of TX to IL. That is alot of our business. Bring Caterpillar parts from Laredo and Pharr to dealers usually in IL and NC.

 

I got stuck on a laredo to NC loop for almost a month before I took hometime to break the loop. Not the worst since I have family on the route but hopefully I don't get in that loop again when I get down there tomorrow.

 

I am at the terminal in Ft. Worth. I deliver in Ft. Worth in the morning then run to Rotan to pick up sheetrock going to Austin. They could possibly deadhead me to Laredo.

 

I dont know about yall but i like the cat loads they are pretty dang easy.

Well my home time is over. I take my trailer to ft worth in the morning and bobtail to houston for a load to Va

 

That wouldn't hurt my feelings at all. That would put me right on track to take a break at home going up, time permitting. I worked for ATS before and have run dry van parts shuttles into and out of just about all the cat plants in the carolinas, so I'm pretty familiar with all of them.

 

I don't care where they send me as long as it's far from where it loads. lol.
