According to PrePass. They'll tell you that PrePass transponder will add 10hp to your truck. That's salestalk.

In Colorado, those transponder logs are recorded AND stored, in its entirety. You ask 'em boys in the Dumont 'coop.

I think what is being overlooked is that each interaction between the Prepass Transponder and any particular scalehouse is that this is a two part transaction. The Prepass people are promising to keep their half of the interaction under wraps, but what isn't often thought of is the other half of the transaction, the scalehouse portion of the transaction, they have a record of the transponder interaction showing any given set of perameters, but at the very least, the company name, unit number, time stamp, etc. etc. The scalehouse, and any LEO on the computer system is going to have access to the information.

But I hear if you wrap up your PrePass in aluminum foil, it will prevent DOT from reading your thoughts!!:biggrin_25520:

Yes that is according to prepass,i have no reason not to belive them. I have been inspected in prepass states & no one has questioned my log vs. the prepass.
Believe what you want, until someone with more authority than you proves different,i have no reason not to.
I have been out here more than twenty years & learned a long time ago not to believe everything you here from a truckdriver.
