Gotta love everyone that threatens to quit. Seen the same thing with CDLs. Not a single one that told me that followed through.

No threat here. I dont have to haul cattle. I just like to do it. My truck is paid for and a numbered truck. I will not alter it nor buy a new one. I'm only 23, but i know what I'm doin.

kind of what i was thinking; i've hauled cattle for 5 yrs back in the 90's, i enjoyed it; i've been pulling between a reefer & a hopper bottom, i also am on e log's; they can be good & bad, to me they both (paper & e log) have their advantages & disadvantages.

I started when I was 16. That's 9 years. I guess if i was doin it without a cdl it doesn't count though. I run double from 16 to 18. After that I was on my own. Yall dont understand what I'm saying. My truck is a collector's item and won't be altered. The only reason i do this is because i enjoy it. I have plenty of other ways to make a living. I was just stating what I would do if the government forces me to alter my truck. Plus how could i run on elogs when it's 1700 miles from south Florida to the Texas panhandle and it's got to be run straight thru???

Don't you think the 10 hour rules protect you against dispatchers who have no clue that you need sleep. I know some of the ones husband has had in the past are like duh you're sleeping.
