It does have Junction View, which shows what lane to be in at junctions.
It tells you in the upper left your next turn, it does show lane assist when you exit is close.
Speed limits are tied to the Map Data, Map data will never be 100% as speed limits do get changed. For example. VA raised to 70mph, but this was after the compile for the maps. Rand knows it is incorrect, but it is corrected for the next map set.
Planning your route is easy enough. Zoom out and tap the map screen. Then drag the screen around till you see a waypoint or via that you want to add. Zoom back in to street level to make sure you are on the right side of the road and then move the green "+" over the road segment. At the bottom you will see add as Via. tap this and the Via point now is added to your route.
Thanks,
Mark

Just bought the TND 720. Love it, in fact I really like all the TNDs that have come out since the 500. I had problems with the 710 and the power switch but the always fixed it. I like the power switch on the 720 because it is recessed and hopefully won't have problems. It won't work with my Wi-Fi I think because it's 3G going to have to do some research about that.

Is anyone else having problems launching the Dock. Have unninstalled it several times but it won't launch.Icon shows up in taskbar but won't launch the program. It's the latest version of Dock and my pc is fully up to date, win 7 64 bit. When I try to turn the program on with the 720 connected the Icon flashes on the taskbar but won't stay on.My pc fully recognises the 720.

Don't really like that feature very much. It's easier for me just to look at my phone. It will be great when it has its own Wi-Fi..... The TND 790 lol
