log violation quetions

    Couple of quick questions....I'm getting close to going over my 70 hour clock. If I drive over about an hour extra will that log violation stay within my company or go on my DAC report? and..... If I were to unload a dollar general store past my 70 hour clock will that be a violation as well? I am currently driving for Werner but my 2 weeks notice is going in when I'm finished with this load.

    No offense intended, but mind telling that to shippers/receivers? I got off E-logs as soon as it was not going into effect. Steel Dynamics in Roanoke screws E-logs SO BAD. Take a 10 waiting in line.
