Has anyone recently started off with Schneider?

i havent heard anythign good about either company either than schneider i heard was good ONLY FOR 1 YRS EXPERIENCE then get the heck out of there lol... con-way was hiring students. i just graduated trucking school and i have orientation there the 30th in joplin

 

Kinda what I was thinking (1yr) keep me posted on conway they are 25 minutes from my house and I could be home almost every night.pays like $19.60 or something per hour..I'll be checking with them for sure..............................

 

i applied to their student training program... after orientation i get assigned a trainer for 10000 miles, then after that i team up with my buddy and we will make .44cpm. so idk about that 19.60 an hour but im sure its close to that.
