Need to Know

From what I heard about them, they are a good company. But not everyone that goes to Prime have the same experience. I spoke to a Prime driver before. There training is one of the bests and they do have great drivers that drive for them because I know they have a good safety record. They have a high pay for starters and have 3 divisions drivers would be interested in. Their equipments are great and their drivers run alot of miles to. A Prime driver would tell you for sure how this company really is, Im interested in joining their company to

 

Lol sure, I plan to be a trainer there. At first I planned to lease and train but maybe leasing a truck right now will not be ok for me.

 

You plan on training there and lease a truck as well....Hmmmm thats some lofty goals for you future im sure at 3 yrs your king of the road....lol....

 

the dirty secret about all companys trainers getting to use the newbies as team drivers to make more money but would you trust a driver right out of driving school to drive while you sleep and have him fall asleep on the wheel ? think before you become a trainer and risk it all over a few fast bucks just saying

 

Great.... more people who think they know all about Prime, without having ever been a part of the company.

Prime is a very good company for someone whos willing to work and not BS around. Look through the threads on here, youll find a lot of good information.

 

Im not but I think I have enough experience to train a new driver. Every time on the road you learn more the more you drive.

 

There are trainers that train drivers just to make more money, but at the same time they do train good to for their own safety. Its sometimes a risk training new drivers and have to have alot of patience to do it.

 

As for Prime I never drove for them. I just have interest in them because I think they are a great company. You dont have to be part of a company to not know about them. You could have a close friend or a brother that goes with them and tells you their experience with them. As I was starting of the paragraph I said from what Ive heard about them and also said I spoke to a driver and this is what he told me. And at the end saying that a Prime driver would tell you for sure. I only spoke my opinions and what I heard before
